We are hiring Operations Support Analysts to provide operational support across multiple client accounts. You will monitor systems, resolve operational issues, and help improve processes. A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and monitor daily operational processes and identify issues before they escalate. From there you will respond to operational support requests from internal teams and clients. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.
