You will conduct audits remotely, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improvement. A typical day involves logging into our secure portal, reviewing your task queue, and plan and execute financial audits in accordance with professional auditing standards. From there you will review financial statements and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Most work is self-directed: you receive daily or weekly targets and organise your own schedule, as long as quality standards are met. You will use a combination of standard office tools and our proprietary internal systems.
This role is perfect for someone who can strong understanding of auditing standards (GAAS, ISA) and accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and excellent analytical and critical thinking skills for identifying risks and anomalies.
